In recent months, we have refined our delivery system. Now owner builders have the option of using our comprehensive paper-based system or accessing DirectBuild’s system via their iPad. At the same time, we have reduced our overall standard consultancy fee for our full service package to 6% (plus GST) from 8% (plus GST). In addition, we have introduced service packages specifically tailored for more experienced owner builders, architects, designers, and builders.
