Welcome to DirectBuild's September 2011 Newsletter

DirectBuild’s first Owner Builder Seminar was held on Saturday 6 August and Sunday 7 August 2011.

The feedback we received from all participants was enthusiastically positive so much so that regular Owner Builder Seminars are to be held from now on.

The next Seminar is being held at the Canada Bay Club on Sunday 20 November 2011.

We again intend to bring together a group of experts to share their knowledge and kick-start your “Plans for Success as an Owner Builder”. Experts will include:

  • Design and Drafting Services
  • Architectural Lighting Design
  • Town Planning
  • Private Certifier
  • Green Building Industry Experts
  • DirectBuild’s Founder and Director

You will also have the opportunity to meet some Owner Builders who have recently successfully completed their projects and learn from their experiences.

To register your interest in attending the Owner Builder Seminar on Sunday 20 November 2011, please email Ray Wilkie on rwilkie@directbuild.com.au

Another event to note in your diaries is the upcoming Grand Designs Live Exhibition to be held at Darling Harbour Convention Centre from Friday 21 October to Sunday 23 October 2011.

It is expected to be Sydney’s premier home exhibition and DirectBuild is delighted to have a Stand at the inaugural Grand Designs Live Exhibition.

More details will be provided as we draw nearer the event but please note your diary now.
